Brenno's Hotbake is a family Bakery, & serves bread, pies, cakes, sandwiches & Bills Beans coffee. All made fresh on-site. Our Courtyard Cafe has outside dining, and the kitchen pumps out toasted focaccia, eggs bene, Haloumi burgers, pancakes, waffles, (Gluten free too) Brenno's BIG brekky, Acai Bowls & a huge range of smoothies including a green smoothie. All fresh fruits & homemade sauces used on those waffles!! Everything is made fresh daily & onsite by our fully qualified Bakers, pastrycooks, Baristas & cooks. Our Head Baker has been baking in the store for over 30yrs, & the second generation heading into his 6th year. They know their products & are passionately teaching a newbie too...
